May 15, 2009 — President's Honor Roll
Lilja is among students awarded this spring with the SBCC President's Honor Roll for superior academic performance.
To qualify for the Honor Roll, a full-time student needs at least 12 units of letter-graded courses with a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Currently, Blackbird's GPA is 4.0. At the end of May, he most likely has completed another 12 units for a total of 24 at City College.
In addition to his education in Web Journalism, Blackbird holds a Bachelor Degree and more than 180 units from Stockholm University, Sweden, and at least another 90 units from postgraduate studies. He also holds a diploma in PR and Communications from Pace University in New York.

East Campus.
